JUNK REMOVAL

Our junk removal is priced at $44 per cubic yard with a minimum charge of $125 covering 3 cubic yards or less. Included in this price; a bonded and insured team, labor and hauling items out, bagging (if necessary), dump fees, and bulk clean up after the job is done! Additional charges will apply for jobs outside of Grand Forks or East Grand Forks city limits, starting at $3 per mile (one way).

Dumpster Rental

10 Cubic Yard Dumpster - $185 includes a 4 day rental, the first 1 ton or 2000 lbs, and delivery and pick up.

15 Cubic Yard Dumpster - $225 includes a 4 day rental, the first 1 ton or 2000 lbs, and delivery and pick up.

Additional charges would include ground/surface protection utilizing RolliSkate for $25 per dumpster rental, overage fee of $0.10 per pound over the included 2000 lbs, and travel fees for delivery and pickups outside of Grand Forks or East Grand Forks city limits, starting at $7 per mile (one way).

Demolition

We offer light demolition including; carpet/flooring, decks, sheds, fencing, and small structures starting at $80 per man hour with a 2 man hour minimum. Additional charges will apply for jobs outside of Grand Forks or East Grand Forks city limits, starting at $3 per mile (one way).

Curbside Pickup

$39 per cubic yard (more than 10% off) with a minimum of $125 for 3 cubic yards or less. Single Item Pickup

$125 for any single item pickup. Additional charges will apply for jobs outside of Grand Forks or East Grand Forks city limits, starting at $3 per mile (one way).

Special Items

This would include things like hoarder cleanouts, extra large tires, pianos, paint, oil, campers, trailers, and other specialty items are all priced individually after a onsite quote.
